Midland Mall Announces Partnership with The Noon Exchange Club

Midland, MI – (July 19, 2013) Midland Mall and The Noon Exchange Club have partnered together to gather school supplies for underprivileged children from within the Midland community. Even in such a thriving community there are hundreds of children that will return to school and not have the necessary tools to start the 2013-2014 school year. We invite the community to donate such supplies as backpacks, notebooks, paper, pencils, pens, crayons, construction paper and more now through August 30th.

You can find 5 donations sites throughout the mall to drop off the donated supplies. The Noon Exchange Club will be gathering these donations and distribute to those children that are in need. If you can find it in your heart to support this program we welcome your generosity and participation. These donations will bring a smile to a child’s face and give them confidence and encouragement when they walk into school for the first day of the new school year.

“We’re excited to be a part of such a necessary program to support our local children in need. This is a first time partnership and we look forward to working with The Noon Exchange Club. This club has a strong focus on education and our youth of the community thus this event was created,” says Dan Irvin, General Manager of the mall. “There’s no better way to get ready for school than help a child build confidence and give them the necessary tools to start out their school year.”
